App and social media content for a motorcycle legend

Harley-Davidson needs no introduction. The Milwaukee-based OEM personifies the ideas of American biker culture and the freedom of the open road. In later years, H-D has been pushing its proprietary app to become a community hub for its audience, in turn leading to a need to work with more creators.

The ask

H-D tasked me with documenting Babes Ride Out, an annual women-only motorcycle event in Borrego Springs, California.

The product

One short-form storytelling video, 10 high-quality photos, and an event writeup. The video was posted to my Instagram channel and the photos and writeup on the H-D app.

I’ve also had the pleasure of working with H-D’s PR team on a few occasions to secure motorcycle loans for other projects, including riding all of Route 66 on a Pan America, resulting in an article titled “The Ultimate Guide to Riding Route 66 on a Motorcycle.”
